My Poll is straight forward and clear. I don’t count for which tablet will have greatest of specs or which tablet will make you replace all your hardcover books or which tablet will be your query analyzer or will play better “Plants Vs Zombies”. I count for that tablet which will attain the utmost sales and will capture the market share.
iPad – When being launched had almost no competition if we ignore Amazon Kindle, and made a sales of 7.33 Million. But taming “no competition can’t be a only reason for its success.
Xoom being around the corner and at the verge of getting release will make you cough $800 bucks for 3G/4G model. While its Wifi Twin will be releasing at the end of the march for $600 bucks. Xoom being stuffed will all number crushing technologies and with all things a geek could imagine, is still touted badly for setting the price line high.
Some of the eye catching specs of Xoom includes 10.1 inch WXGA (1280 x 800) touchscreen display, 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and Android 3.0. Other features include a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus, dual LED flash and 8x zoom on the back, a 2 megapixel fixed focus camera on the front, USB 2.0, HDMI 1.4, accelerometer, magnetometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, barometer and a tri-color notification light.
iPad 2 will be replacing iPad with eyes in front and back to get that famously infamous proprietary apple software “Facetime” on itself, while adding the capability of MultiTasking (thanks to iOS 4.3), some gear-up’d RAM,
A processor which will not match the performance of Apple’s proprietary A5 (to be released for iPhone 5) & rumored SD slot.
Nothing which can match Xoom in number if price line is an exception.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be almost replica of Xoom in terms of specs while measuring 0.25 ounces lighter and stronger Camera.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 will feature some pretty hardcore specs, and they include a 1Ghz dual-core processor, a 8 megapixel rear camera, 2mp front camera, Wifi, 1080p recording and playback and a choice of either 16GB or 32GB of storage. Google Android 3.0 will also be equiped in it
So the question repeats, which tablet do you think will eat up the market share and be crowned as the Tablet king or iKing
